Chemisys Laboratory is a rapidly growing, state-of-the-art, full service medical laboratory with headquarters in Fair Lawn NJ. The laboratory performs a wide variety of tests including Toxicology, Genetics, Microbiology, Hematology, Immunology, Virology, General Chemistry and others.
We are looking for a Shipping associate to join our team. The Shipping associate provides our clients with all necessary supplies to perform medical testing.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Fulfill client requests for medical supplies.
- Keep a detailed log of standing orders.
- Assist clients with creating shipping labels to send samples in for testing.
- Keep an inventory of supplies requested, supplies sent, and supplies needed.
- Notify CEO when stock is low.
- Complete orders for in-house office supplies.
- Unpack and store incoming shipments on a daily basis.
- Must be able to pack and ship medical supplies in a timely manner.
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be extremely organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
CORE Responsibilities:
- Manage UPS, FedEx, and post office accounts
- Ship supplies to accounts/clients
- Order office supplies
- Occasionally pick up supplies or reagents for the lab
Required schedule:
- Full-Time
- In-person
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
