Independent Commercial Cleaner / Janitor
Evermark Commercial Cleaning is looking for independent cleaners to service recurring commercial accounts, including offices and facilities, in Raleigh and the surrounding area.
Pay
- Flat rate per clean
- Most accounts work out to $18–$22+/hr
The Work
- Recurring evening cleans
- Empty trash and recycling, replace liners
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop hard floors
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, restock paper and soap
- Wipe down breakroom counters, tables, and appliances
- Dust surfaces, spot-clean glass doors and entryways
Requirements
- Cleaning experience, commercial or residential
- Reliable and punctual
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone
- Commercial cleaning supplies and equipment, preferred but not required
- Ability to pass a background check
- General liability insurance, or willingness to get it
Independent Contractor Engagement
This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement, not employment. You operate as your own business.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
