Unit Overview: The medical intensive care unit (MICU) is located on the 3rd floor at Parkview Regional Medical Center. This department has 24 beds with a critical level of acuity that works with pneumonia, flu, COPD, cardiac arrest, etc.
Hours: Days 3am-3pm OR Nights 3pm-3a

- Hotel Program: Must be working at least 0.6 FTE or higher. Applicable if you live more than 50 miles away from the Parkview Hospital location. Lodging coverage: For 0.6 FTE co-workers → 2 nights per week; For 0.9 FTE co-workers → 3 nights per week Nurses can choose which nights are covered, aligned with their shift schedule. The hotel lodging benefit is available for up to two years. If after or during the two-year period the nurse opts for a full-time relocation to the area, a relocation bonus may be available.
- Relocation Assistance: Must live 50 miles away from hospital they will be working at New Grad: $2,500; Experienced: $5,000. Must relocate 50+ miles from home facility.
