Scope of Work
Projects will vary depending on experience and may include:
- General commercial building maintenance
- Drywall installation and repair
- Painting (interior/exterior)
- Light framing and carpentry
- Miscellaneous facility repair tasks

- Has a reliable set of basic hand tools
- Can confidently use work‑order/maintenance mobile apps
- Enjoys variety in work environments
- Clean driving record
- Is dependable and self-motivated
- Strong communication skills
Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
