Job Summary
- Pay range: $25.00 to $25.88 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday.
- Work arrangement: Onsite, 5 days per week.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Trade Services Assistant for a contract opportunity supporting a banking trade services operations desk in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in Letters of Credit, trade finance operations, import/export documentation, document collections, or banking back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process Letters of Credit documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with banking instructions.
- Verify trade documents, document collections, and related import/export materials for completeness and authenticity.
- Open, sort, organize, scan, and electronically capture incoming trade packages and related documentation.
- Upload, maintain, and manage trade records within SharePoint and internal banking systems.
- Send documentation according to established banking instructions and trade processing workflows.
- Support daily operational activities for the Trade Services Desk, including documentation handling, record management, and transaction support.
