Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation Associate, Newark, NJ
A well-established and growing law firm is seeking a talented, driven associate with 2–5 years of experience to join its Newark office. The ideal candidate will bring a strong academic background, excellent writing skills, and hands-on experience handling litigation and creditors' rights matters both in and outside U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
Compensation: $175,000–$220,000 annually, depending on experience, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of relevant legal experience
- Admission to practice in New York and New Jersey required
- Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills
- Experience with litigation and creditors' rights matters, including proceedings in U.S. Bankruptcy Court
