Yum Clouds is seeking an experienced Operations & Compliance Specialist to help oversee compliance, inventory control, fulfillment, and operational systems within our growing cannabis manufacturing company.
This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys creating systems, solving problems, and ensuring things are done correctly. The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing compliance responsibilities with hands-on operational support and will thrive in a fast-paced small business environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage BioTrack inventory, transfers, manifests, adjustments, and compliance reporting
- Maintain compliance with all state regulations and company SOPs
- Create and improve inventory tracking, batch tracking, and operational systems
- Conduct inventory audits, reconciliations, and compliance reviews
- Manage production and batch records to ensure complete and accurate documentation
- Process and manage orders through LeafLink and internal systems
- Assist with fulfillment, packaging, and inventory preparation as needed
- Complete local bank deposits and business-related errands
- Support purchasing, inventory planning, and operational reporting
- Develop SOPs, workflows, and accountability systems
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions
- Support leadership with administrative and operational projects
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must live in the Albuquerque metro area
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Previous BioTrack experience is required
- Experience using LeafLink is strongly preferred
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Strong work ethic and sense of ownership
- Ability to create systems and processes from the ground up
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with fulfillment activities when needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Cannabis manufacturing experience
- Compliance, auditing, or inventory management experience
- Experience with SOP development and process improvement
- Experience implementing software platforms, inventory systems, or operational tools
- Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills
