Radio
Bakery is a New York City bakery that focuses on sweet and savory croissants, sourdough bread and sandwiches. We are growing! Two new locations of Radio
will be opening in Manhattan in 2027. With that, we are looking for candidates that want to grow with company, can be flexible, and have emotional resilience.
Skills & Requirments:

The ideal baker should have at least 1 years of experience in a bakery or restaurant setting

Must demonstrate the ability to work with a sense of urgency in a dynamic and physically intensive setting

Ability to multitask, be humble, and ask questions

Must be able to work as a team as well as individually, have a passion for the craft, positive attitude, and desire to learn

Must be work cleanly, upholding DOH standards

Availability to work during holidays and weekends, including a morning shift starting at 4am
-
Ability to remain on your feet for an entire shift and lift over 50 pounds as needed

Must be based in NYC and be a US Resident or Visa Holder
This Position: We are looking for morning production bakers.

Pastry production including mixing cookie dough, custards, creams, frangipane
-
Proofing, baking, and finishing of croissants, croissant based items
-
Shaping, proofing, and baking of bread, focaccia
-

Shifts Needed:

Full time position, 40 hours/ week

AM Shift hours: 4am - 12:30pm (subject to change)

PM Shift hours: 10am - 6:30pm (subject to change)

Wage range between $21-$25/ hour with 1 Server shift/ week, allowing for increase in wages via tip pool.
