Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Handyman to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of our buildings. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment by performing a wide range of repair tasks, troubleshooting issues, and supporting ongoing operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to the overall excellence of our facilities.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on electrical, plumbing, HVAC units, and mechanical equipment.
- Support facilities maintenance by managing supplies, and general building upkeep.
- Maintain the fleet of vehicles ensuring routine maintenance including oil changes and repair work is done
- Light landscape work including watering plants and assisting with replanting flower beds as needed seasonally
- Courier work between locations
- Other Duties as Assigned
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in electrical repair, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly in English.
