Responsibilities:
- Manage all day to day operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Hire, train, develop and supervise staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Control inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking
- Control and Manage employee hours and labor cost
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Handle cash register operations and ensure accuracy in cash handling
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record-keeping
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales and/or retail management is preferred
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
