AHI Group is hiring an experienced Residential Framer for new construction homes throughout Southwest Michigan. We build single-family homes and have a steady, year-round pipeline of projects.
This is consistent new construction work. No remodels. No service work.
Pay
$24–$35/hour depending on experience

What You’ll Do
- Frame walls, floors, and roofs for new homes
- Set floor systems, wall panels, and roof trusses
- Install sheathing, blocking, and structural components
- Read and follow building plans
- Work with crew to keep projects on schedule
Requirements
- Residential framing experience required
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Ability to use standard framing tools and equipment
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependability
Preferred
- 2+ years residential framing experience
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with full house framing from start to finish
