Part-Time - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Fort Worth, 76119
Rising Spurs is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy for clients in the Dallas / Fort Worth and the surrounding areas. We are looking for dependable professionals who are committed to supporting children with autism through evidence-based intervention.
Position Details
- Service Area:Part-Time (In-Home)
- Work Schedule: Monday & Wednesday (8am - 3pm), Friday (8am - 12pm)
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Accurately record session data and complete daily documentation
- Prepare materials and activities for sessions
- Communicate professionally with families and collaborate on goals
- Participate in required supervision, team meetings, and trainings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- RBT certification (preferred; training support available)
- Reliable transportation for in-home and clinic-based services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in working with children with developmental differences
Compensation & Work Environment
- Pay Rate: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience and certification
