Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled woodworker and millworker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, and assembling custom wood products with precision and expertise. Your craftsmanship will contribute to a variety of projects, including cabinetry and furniture. Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately produce custom wood components and structures
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
- Cut, shape, and assemble cabinetry, doors, trim carpentry, and other wood products
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high quality standards
Requirements
- Extensive experience in woodworking/millwork
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings
- Skilled in the use of hand tools such as chisels, saws, hammers; power tools including drills, sanders, routers; CNC machinery experience a plus and not required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work on construction sites with diverse environmental conditions
- Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites and adherence to OSHA standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail; ability to read schematics and technical instructions accurately
- Valid experience in plumbing or electrical work is a plus but not required
