Hiring (Driver Recruiter / Marketing Coordinator) Along with assisting dispatch
Freerksen Trucking is looking for a motivated individual to join our team! This position plays a key role in recruiting and onboarding drivers, supporting dispatch operations, and helping grow our company through marketing and social media initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen, and onboard qualified drivers
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current drivers
- Assist dispatch with driver communication and operational support
- Manage social media accounts and online recruiting efforts
- Create marketing content, job advertisements, and company promotions
- Represent Freerksen Trucking at job fairs and recruiting events
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable using computers, social media, and Microsoft Office programs
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Recruiting, transportation, dispatch, or marketing experience is a plus, but not required
