Job Description:
- Direct patient care
- Work alongside Registered Nurse and care team
- Drive to and from patient homes daily for in-home patient care
- 30-35 points per week
- Utilize Homecare Homebase efficiently
- Provide compassionate and efficient patient care one on one
Job Requirements:
- 1 year of recent Home Health LPN experience
- Prefer previous travel LPN experience
- Working experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase)
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Active MA LPN nurse license
- Active BLS or CPR
