Light Wave Sauna Studio in Livermore is a modern, upscale wellness studio offering infrared sauna, red light therapy, and cold plunge in a beautifully designed, peaceful space. We deliver an A+ member experience and are seeking a confident, service-minded Wellness Sales Associate to join our growing team.

You believe every detail matters and understand the importance of first impressions. You’re a self-starter who’s passionate about wellness—and sharing that passion with the community.
Responsibilities:
- Greet every guest with warmth, energy, and professionalism
- Deliver studio tours and confidently explain the benefits of our services
- Assist new clients with bookings, questions, and upgrades
- Sell memberships, packages, and retail with a consultative approach
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment—including suites, restrooms, and common areas
- Reset sauna and therapy suites between sessions (including high-heat environments up to 145°F)
- Manage laundry throughout the day using on-site equipment
- Track and enter client information
- Collaborate with the team on social media outreach, including content creation, reels, and promotional posts
- Assist with local grassroots marketing efforts such as pop-up events, studio partnerships, and community engagement
- Support light admin tasks—Google Docs/Sheets knowledge is a plus
Requirements:
- Availability on nights and weekends is required
- Confident, upbeat, and service-minded personality
- Comfortable with sales and promoting wellness services
- Willing to clean and maintain A+ studio standards
- Self-starter with strong follow-through
- Comfortable using Google Docs, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Must be able to work in heated environments (up to 145°F) and perform light physical tasks like laundry and cleaning
