Cultivation Assistant

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and plant-passionate individual to join our Cultivation Team in Boothbay. This position is full-time, year-round with benefits.
As a Cultivation Assistant, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized grow space and ensuring our plants receive exceptional care in alignment with company standards and SOP’s.
What You’ll Do:
· Support daily cultivation operations, including plant care, pruning, and harvesting
· Operate and maintain automated fertigation and irrigation systems
· Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the grow facility
· Follow strict quality and safety protocols
· Adapt to changing operational needs in a fast-paced environment
What we are looking for:
· Minimum 2 years of experience with automated fertigation systems, irrigation, or similar automation technology
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 60 pounds, bending, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and stand for extended periods (8–10-hour shift)
- Flexibility and positive attitude in dynamic work environment
- Passion for plants and commitment to high-quality cultivation practices
- Honesty
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Willing to sign a nondisclosure agreement
- Able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening, holiday shifts and inclement weather.
- 21 years of age or older (per state regulations)
- Eligible to obtain a Maine Adult Use Cannabis Individual Identification card (per state regulations)
