This onsite contract position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support students throughout the academic year, from August 11th, 2026 to June 4th, 2027. You’ll collaborate with educators and families in a dynamic educational setting, focusing on effective communication and language development for students in need.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous school-based experience is strongly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Dedication to fostering student progress and academic growth
Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic evaluations and design individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges
- Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress toward IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and legal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student learning strategies
- Adapt services to meet diverse student needs across various grade levels
- Stay informed on best practices in educational speech-language pathology
