About the Role
As part of our in-house therapy team, you’ll work closely with nursing and interdisciplinary partners to help patients regain independence, mobility, and confidence following illness or injury.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver evidence-based OT services to short-term rehab and long-term care patients
- Complete evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and track measurable outcomes
- Collaborate daily with nursing, case management, and rehab leadership
- Support safe discharges and functional transitions back to home or community settings
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families

What We’re Looking For
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-first mindset
- Skilled Nursing or rehab experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply!)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
