As we expand our product line into household, automotive, and pet sectors, we're looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to help propel our company to new heights opening accounts with Mass Retail and Hardware like Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Lowes, Menards.
Be part of a rapidly growing team selling innovative patented products filling a need for consumers. Our patented line provides 2x more product, reduce plastic waste and perform better than any national brand. No territory restrictions, sell to mass retail chains, e-commerce platforms, distributors, and other various channels.
Base Salary $70,000 + commission. Expected total compensation is $150,000+
Day to Day:
- Collaborate with Buyers for mass retail stores to get our current and future product lines onto retail shelves.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan with short-term and long-term goals.
- Present features and benefits via phone, zoom, email and occasionally on site at retail headquarters
- Tailor messages and presentations
- Develop pricing structures that include rebates and chargeback deductions
- Develop a plan and execute mass retail and online sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- Ownership mentality is a must. within 12-18 months this position will be offered Executive Global Sales which include company shares and $300k bonus.
- Proven experience in growing companies from startup to multi-channel sellers.
- Demonstrated prior abilities to manage various departments including sales, marketing, and product development.
