Respibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting and checking-in customers.
- Managing and serving concession.
- Managing inbound and outbound phone calls and emails.
- Completing shift and bank deposits.
- Booking, managing and hosting birthday parties, field trips, fundraisers and misc. events.
- Monitoring play areas to ensure customers are following safety rules and policies.
- Extensive cleaning to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Ensuring all staff are performing their responsibilities
- Managing Inventory
- Exceptional customer service skills and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Provide customers with a fun and friendly experience.
- Must maintain a professional appearance.
- Ability to have complete knowledge of our products and services.
- Enforce policies and safety rules professionally and respectfully.
- Effective communication skills.
- Be able to manage employees in a professional manner.
- Ability to be able to make quick decisions.
- Ability to thoroughly clean and sanitize.
- Obtained or currently pursuing a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Have reliable transportation.
