Outbound Customer Service Representative | Orem, UT
Nexeo Staffing is hiring Outbound Customer Service Representatives for a growing company in Orem, UT. If you enjoy helping people, talking with customers, and making a positive impact, this opportunity is for you! In this role, you'll reconnect with existing customers, answer questions, provide information, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a Monday–Friday position with competitive pay and the potential for long-term employment.
Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to reconnect with existing customers.

Provide friendly, professional customer service over the phone.

Answer customer questions and provide accurate information.

Assist customers with applications and account-related inquiries.

Document customer interactions accurately.

Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers.

Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals.
Qualifications
-
1+ year of customer service, call center, or related experience preferred.
- Preferred: Previous outbound calling experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Basic computer and data entry skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Dependable with strong attendance and professionalism.

Ability to pass a background check.
Pay
$16.00-$19.00 per hour
Schedule
Full Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Temporary with potential for temp-to-hire.
