Job Summary
The Supports Agency Intake, Outreach & Operations Coordinator (DDD) plays a vital role in managing and enhancing the agency’s outreach efforts, intake processes, and operational functions. The coordinator will serve as a key liaison between clients, families, community partners, and internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and program development.
Duties
Lead outreach initiatives to promote agency services through social media management, and marketing strategies.
Coordinate intake processes for new clients, including data collection, documentation, and initial assessments.
Collect and analyze data related to outreach efforts, client intake, and program outcomes for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Experience in working within a Supports Agency in any capacity is a major plus.
Experience in program development, project management, marketing, and data collection is highly desirable.
