Compensation – Please Read First
Training Period (First 3 Days)
- Pay Rate: $16/hour (Only during Training)
After Training
- Payment: $10 per completed patient assessment.
- You will receive a daily list of 20 existing patients for assessment calls.
- A minimum of 10 completed assessments per day is required.
- Minimum Monthly Income: $2,000–$2,500
Position: Clinical Care Coordinator (Medical Assistant)
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to assigned patients.
- Update patient medical histories.
- Educate patients about care coordination services.
- Monitor patient progress and document/report monthly chronic care outcomes.

Candidates with CPR Certification, CMA, CNA certification, or previous healthcare experience will be given preference.
