Salary Range: $1,200.00 per month
Monthly Base Salary Based on Experience
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Three or more years of hands-on experience managing corporate financial records.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data visualization.
Strong understanding of GAAP regulations and general ledger maintenance.
Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is highly desirable.
Experience using cloud-based accounting software like QuickBooks or Xero.
Oversee the full-cycle accounting process, ensuring every detail is accurate and transparent.
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements to give our leadership team a clear picture of our performance.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, fostering positive relationships with our vendors and partners.
Assist in the annual budgeting process by providing data-driven insights and realistic projections.
Coordinate with tax professionals to ensure all filings are completed precisely and on time.
Proactively identify ways to streamline our financial workflows to save time and increase efficiency.
