What You'll Do:
- Perform multi-point vehicle inspections
- Complete oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance
- Perform tire replacements and repairs
- Assist with minor repairs
- Communicate with service advisors regarding additional repair needs
- Maintain a clean, organized work stall
- Keep customers' vehicles clean and well cared for
- Work alongside experienced technicians to develop advanced skills
- Grow toward becoming a Certified Toyota Technician and ASE Certified Technician
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Basic knowledge of automotive repair & maintenance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to quickly identify issues and follow repair procedures
- Comfortable using diagnostic equipment and learning new technology
- Solid math, reading, and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
