Job Description
CARNOVA LLC is seeking a full-time Bilingual Secretary (English/Spanish preferred) to join our dealership in Dallas, Texas. This is an in-person position for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment.
As a Bilingual Secretary, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers. You will assist with customer communication, scheduling appointments, managing online leads, supporting the sales team, and handling general office duties to help keep the dealership running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, text messages, and online inquiries.
- Communicate professionally in both English and Spanish (preferred).
- Schedule customer appointments and assist the sales team.
- Respond to leads from Cars.com, CARFAX, Facebook Marketplace, and other online platforms.
- Assist with posting and managing vehicle listings on social media.
- Maintain customer files and dealership records.
- Prepare and organize paperwork for sales and financing.
- Perform general administrative and office duties.
- Support daily dealership operations.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, internet)
- Social media experience is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
