University Retirement Community, Davis' premier upscale senior living community, is seeking an experienced full-time Pastry Cook to join our team of culinary professionals to create awesome food for our fine-dining restaurant, upscale casual Bistro, catering services, and/or all other areas of our culinary program.
We are not a nursing home or retirement community. At our luxury, resort-like community, we are driven to provide our residents with the best food the Davis Area has to offer, so our residents don’t need to leave home for an incredible culinary experience. Come join us in pushing the envelope!

Under the direction of the Pastry Chef, executive chef, sous chef, Chef de Cuisine, and/or Cook Lead, you will ensure all assigned items are prepared and completed according to established recipes, timelines, and Dining Services standards.
