JOB The position reports to Executive Director, provides clerical support at both HRA offices and manages home rehab grant/loan programs.
Requires secondary education in business, community development, construction management, customer service, housing, urban planning, or 1 - 3 years of related work experience. Must have excellent customer service & communication skills, strong attention-to-detail, organizational skills & program record-keeping ability, multi-tasking skills & able to work independently, working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets/database software. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Must have satisfactory criminal background history.
