Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support daily human resources operations and contribute to a positive employee experience. The HR Generalist will manage a variety of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR policy implementation.
· Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination
· Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and confidential documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
· Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing and coordination
· Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters by addressing employee questions, concerns, and workplace issues
· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR regulations
· Coordinate employee training, onboarding, and professional development initiatives
· Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and company culture programs
· Assist with leave administration, attendance tracking, and timekeeping processes
· Manage workers’ compensation claims, documentation, and follow-up activities
· Prepare disciplinary notices, support corrective action procedures, and maintain related records
Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws such as FMLA, OSHA, and applicable OSHA standards.
· Support sustainability and supplier responsibility initiatives, including Ecovadis assessments and reporting
· Coordinate and support social compliance audits and related corrective action plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
- 2+ years of HR experience preferred
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and ADP preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP
- Experience with payroll or benefits administration
