Handyman Cleaning Services is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to provide exceptional residential and commercial cleaning services. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well independently or with a team, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results with excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleaning services.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, offices, and common spaces.
- Clean and disinfect countertops, sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors, and appliances.
- Empty trash and replace liners.
- Report any damage, maintenance issues, or safety concerns to management.
- Safely use cleaning products and equipment according to company procedures.
- Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude with customers.
- Arrive on time and complete jobs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, kneel, stand, and work for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Must be dependable, trustworthy, and able to pass a background check if required.
Schedule
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
- Monday through Saturday.
- Occasional evenings or weekends may be required based on customer scheduling.
Compensation
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
- Performance and attendance bonuses may be available.
