Job Opening: Medical Scribe at Doctor’s Office
Location: San Leandro, CA
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday — 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Pay: $20–$22 per hour
We are hiring a Medical Scribe to join our doctor’s office team. No prior experience is required — we will provide training!
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology
- Able to legally work in the United States
- Both part-time and full-time applicants welcome
Main Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Answering phone calls between patients, doctors, and pharmacies, and relaying messages
- Scheduling appointments
- Typing up reports
