What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, office areas, entry points, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require attention.

Monitor access activity and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing visitors, verifying credentials when required, and reporting policy violations, suspicious behavior, and/or maintenance concerns.

Support day-to-day operations by preparing clear incident reports, following post orders, and assisting with routine security-related duties in a professional manner.
Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
