Job Description:
- Set up bar, requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits and paper products
- Perform all closing duties including cleaning the bar and lounge area
- Greet and engage with guests at the bar and lounge area in a courteous and friendly manner
- Abide by all state, federal and hotel requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages and practice prudent portion control
Required Skills & Abilities:
- At least one (1) year of bartending experience required
- Flexible availability to work any shift, including holidays and weekends
- Must have the ability to communicate in English both verbal and written
- Comfortable in working with computers for cashiering duties
- Must be able to stand/walk for at least eight (8) hours
- Able to lift/carry at least 30 pounds
- TABC and Food Handler certification required
