Psychiatric Rehabilitation Counselor:
This is a Full-time position within the setting of a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program for individuals with a psychiatric diagnosis. Each employee will be educated in his or her responsibilities as the Rehab Specialist.
The requirements are a must and cannot be substituted for experience.
Responsibilities:

Develops and assures that rehabilitation services meet the needs of the individuals.

Oversee the treatment planning and monitoring of progress for the caseloads of all rehabilitation coordinators.

Assist the Program Director to ensure that all client documentation is up to date per regulatory requirements.

Assist the Program Director in leading site visits conducted by regulatory bodies.

Monitor all clients' charts for compliance with current regulatory body standards.

Provide crisis intervention and problem-solving for clients as needed.

Ensure that all client documentation is up to date per regulatory requirements.

Perform all compliance issues as they apply to care regulations.

Marketing of 10 new clients monthly to grow the business.

Recruit your own clients for your case load. A MUST!
Qualifications:

Must have experience with medical electronic system.

Having knowledge of the state authorization process is a MUST.

Must know the CARF policy.
-
State DLA 20 training CERT.
-
MUST HAVE PRP EXP.
Requirements:

At least 3 years of working within a Psychiatric facility or PRP.

Must have a Degree in Human Services/Psychiatric Rehabilitation or mental health related field.

Good written skills.
