Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our team. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth checkout process for our customers. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in the food industry.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Bag orders accurately and efficiently
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Provide assistance to customers with inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed
- Follow proper sanitation procedures to ensure food safety
- Maintaining appearance of the establishment, coolers, patio dining area
- Perform basic retail math calculations for cash handling
- Light prep work
-Stocking of cooler
-Making changes to POS menus
Skills:
- Previous experience in the food service or retail industry is preferred
- Basic culinary knowledge is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per week
