Crisp Home Cleaning is a new, locally owned eco-friendly and organic cleaning company in Utah County, and we’re expecting to grow quickly. At Crisp Home Cleaning, we prioritize work-life balance, respect, and a supportive team culture.
We are looking for a reliable part-time, on-call cleaner to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who wants flexible work and is available to help when extra support is needed.
Instead of a fixed schedule, this position primarily serves as backup when one of our regular cleaners is unavailable. This is a very part-time position.

What This Role Looks Like
- Assisting our team with larger home cleanings
- Filling in when a scheduled cleaner is sick or unavailable
- Helping during busier weeks when extra support is needed
- Working alongside other cleaners as part of a team
- Hours will vary week to week
- We will contact you when shifts become available
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (checked every 6 months)
- Able to pass a background check
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Residential cleaning experience is strongly preferred
- Must have access to a smartphone to use our scheduling app
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional, and clear communicator
- Able to work well with a team and problem-solve during jobs
- Must maintain a professional appearance and be smoke-free during work hours (including vaping). This is a drug-free workplace.
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
