Barback
Bar Support — Full-Time & Part-Time
The barback is the engine behind every great bar shift. At Casa Sofia, we value our barbacks as future bartenders — this is where great bar careers are built.
WHO YOU ARE
- Prior barback or bar support experience preferred — but we will train the right candidate
- You work fast, anticipate needs, and never let the bar run dry
- You are physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for an entire shift
- You are reliable, punctual, and a genuine team player
- Must be 18+ and able to work evenings and weekends
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Stock and restock the bar with liquor, beer, wine, glassware, ice, and supplies
- Polish and organize glassware throughout the shift
- Support bartenders during high-volume service — Oracle Park game nights and events
- Maintain the back bar, wells, and coolers in perfect condition
- Assist with bar setup and breakdown for private events
- Keep the bar floor clear and safe at all times
- Complete DeckAI onboarding training before your first shift
