Qualifications:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, colleagues, and business partners.
2.
Interest or experience in sales techniques, international business, and project management.
3.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
4.
Knowledge and experience of the manufacturing industry of electronic components.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1.
Engineering Bachelor's degree and 2- 5 years of relevant electronic components / OEM sales experience
2.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
3.
Valid state-issued driver’s license and reliable vehicle to visit customers.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Identify and pursue sales opportunities including quoting, demand creation, and timely follow-ups.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with market conditions and company objectives.
Meet assigned sales targets, goals, and KPIs.
Monitor sales metrics (e.g., order bookings, billings) and implement recovery actions as needed.
Regularly visit and communicate with customers to understand needs, provide technical solutions, and promote products.
Serve as the primary customer contact for technical presentations, project coordination, product specifications, and securing design wins.
Build and maintain long-term, solution-oriented customer relationships.
