Job Description: Will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation, receipt, storage, and movement of materials throughout company grounds. This position operates both box trucks and powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to support production, inventory, shipping, and receiving operations.
Essential Functions:

Operate a box truck to transport materials between departments and locations on company grounds.

Push carts onto box trucks and deliver materials as required.

Transport foam, fiber, and other products between production areas.

Operate a forklift and pallet jack to move materials safely and efficiently.

Unload incoming trucks and inspect shipments for accuracy and condition.

Stock products in racks and production lines.

Place and retrieve inventory using scanners and inventory management systems.

Maintain accurate inventory through proper material handling and scanning procedures.

Follow all safety procedures, traffic regulations, quality standards, and work instructions.

Maintain a consistent work pace in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Assist in other departmental duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:

Ability to safely operate a box truck, forklift, and pallet jack.

Ability to learn and become proficient with inventory scanners and material tracking systems.

Self-motivated and able to work independently while functioning effectively within a team environment.

Demonstrate sound judgment and strong attention to safety.

Ability to maintain a consistent work pace and meet production demands.

Willingness to cross-train and perform other duties as business needs require.

Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Ability to use foot controls and operate powered industrial equipment safely.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.

Ability to work scheduled hours on a regular basis, including overtime when required.

Ability to perform all duties in a safe, efficient manner while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Education Requirement: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. No CDL required. Must have a Valid Driver’s License.
