Compensation

$26 – $32 / hr total comp
Hiring on 2nd and 3rd Shift

1st Shift: 7am - 3pm (M-F)

2nd Shift: 3pm – 11pm (M-F)

3rd Shift: 11pm – 7am (M-F)
Responsibilities

Machine Setups: Perform complete setups and prepare machines for production.

Machine Operation: Operate multiple CNC machines throughout each shift.

Quality Audits: Verify parts meet dimensional and visual quality standards.

Precision Inspection: Measure parts using precision inspection equipment.

Offsets: Make tool wear and dimensional offsets as needed.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose machining issues and maintain stable production.

Blueprint Reading: Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.

Documentation: Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
Requirements
Qualifications
Required

2+ years of CNC machining experience or recent machining program graduate

CNC setup experience

Blueprint reading skills

Basic GD&T knowledge
