As a Leasing Consultant, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming and exciting experience for prospective and current residents. From the first phone call to move-in day, you will help guide future residents through the leasing process while building strong community relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full leasing process from lead generation through lease signing
- Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries professionally and promptly
- Schedule and conduct community tours for prospective residents
- Identify prospect needs and match them with the ideal apartment home
- Maintain strong resident relationships to encourage lease renewals
- Assist with marketing efforts both online and within the local community
- Help maintain high occupancy and revenue goals
- Deliver a positive, professional, and welcoming experience at every interaction
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in residential/multifamily housing, property management, or related customer service fields preferred
- Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work weekends as needed
- Computer proficiency required; experience with Yardi and RentCafe is a plus
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Ability to adapt and work at multiple property locations throughout Seattle

This position will float between properties throughout Seattle, WA. Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check and drug screening.
