Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, direct, and lead a crew of painters on daily residential and commercial job sites.
- Oversee all phases of the painting process, ensuring thorough prep work and flawless application of all types of finishes.
- Maintain project schedules, track materials, and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and within budget.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain an impeccably clean, organized job site to protect client property.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with high-end clients, general contractors, and company management regarding project progress.
- Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members to help them grow and maintain company standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of professional painting experience required, coupled with established foreman or leadership experience within the skilled trades.
- Skill Level: Expert-level knowledge of all finishes and comprehensive prep work for new construction and repaints.
- Requirements: Must have reliable transportation and provide a list of professional references (work samples/photos may be requested).
