We're looking for an experienced Service Dispatcher to join our Petoskey office. If you're organized, enjoy helping customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC/Plumbing service technicians
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously
- Coordinate service appointments and technician schedules
- Communicate with customers regarding appointments and updates
- Maintain accurate customer records in company software
- Assist customers with maintenance scheduling and service questions
- Support the Service Manager and office team
- Work collaboratively to provide an outstanding customer experience
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of dispatching or customer service experience (HVAC industry preferred)
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Computer proficiency
- Valid Michigan driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred
- Residential HVAC/Plumbing dispatching experience
- Customer Service Representative
