Job description:
We are seeking an exceptionally talented and motivated individual to lead our team as General Manager at Latitude 48° Bistro. Our restaurant represents an artful fusion of traditional and contemporary trends through our worldly cuisines, inventive cocktails, and refined atmosphere.
Job Summary:
This position will coordinate and oversee all restaurant/bar operations, including customer service, employee development/relations, food/beverage production, and administrative requirements.
Job Duties and Requirements:

Preferred Experience:
- A minimum of 3+ years’ experience managing in a full-service casual or upscale/casual dining environment is preferred
- Must possess exemplary leadership skills
- Must possess restaurant front of house floor management/ Matre’d skills
- Must have detailed and diverse food, bar, and beverage experience and knowledge
- Must have basic to advanced wine knowledge
- Must have experience with internet software, spreadsheet, and word processing software
- Must have restaurant financial (i.e., P&L) experience and knowledge
