Server – Job Overview
Xolos Tacos y Tlayudas
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable servers to join our team at Xolos Tacos y Tlayudas. Our servers are responsible for creating a welcoming experience for guests while delivering attentive and efficient service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Enter orders using the Toast POS system
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, specials, and cocktails
- Check on guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments and close checks through the POS system
- Maintain clean tables and organized service areas
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Experience with POS systems (Toast experience is a plus)
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
