Today, EXCELth runs three health centers and a family dental center in Orleans Parish, in addition to a behavioral health program in East Baton Rouge Parish, effectively acting as a "medical home" for the community. Our services cover a wide range from pediatrics to geriatric care and include behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, and wellness programs. EXCELth is dedicated to delivering quality, affordable primary care while actively engaging patients and their families in the healthcare process.
