Enchanted Design & Florals is seeking a creative, dependable, and detail-oriented florist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who has a passion for floral design and enjoys transforming wedding visions into beautiful, memorable arrangements.
Responsibilities
● Design and assemble bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces, ceremony arrangements, and other wedding florals
● Prepare, process, condition, and properly store fresh flowers and greenery
● Follow approved inspiration photos, color palettes, floral selections, and design plans
● Assist with organizing flowers and supplies for upcoming events
● Carefully package and transport floral arrangements
● Assist with on-site floral installation and styling
● Set up ceremony and reception arrangements according to the event design
● Repurpose floral arrangements between ceremony and reception spaces when required
● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe floral workspace
● Track supplies and notify management when materials need to be reordered
● Handle flowers, vases, candles, tools, and rental décor with care
● Assist with event breakdown and collection of floral containers or rental items
● Communicate professionally with clients, venue staff, coordinators, vendors, and team members
Qualifications
● Previous floral design, wedding, event, or creative styling experience is preferred
● Knowledge of basic floral preparation and arrangement techniques is preferred
● Strong attention to detail and an eye for color, balance, and presentation
● Ability to recreate designs from inspiration photos and written instructions
● Dependable transportation and consistent attendance
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Strong time-management and organizational skills
● Ability to remain calm and flexible in a fast-paced event environment
● Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry floral arrangements, buckets, containers, and event supplies
● Must be available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the wedding and event schedule
● A valid driver’s license is preferred for event deliveries and installations
