This position is responsible for selecting appropriate media, formats, and methods for a variety of learning content, and preparing an effective instructional design to achieve learning objectives approved by Customers.
This position is also responsible for turning approved instructional designs into appropriate instructional materials to accomplish learning objectives. We work in a variety of media and formats on a variety of learning content, from technical to soft skills.
Learning interventions can be from several hours to several months in length. Projects can take 3 to 18 months from start to finish. Being part of the design and development function at ALESYS is a very busy and rewarding experience.

Significant experience designing and developing highly effective workplace training in a variety of media, formats, and topics is required.
You will be a member of Project Teams that may travel to Customer locations. Most work will be done at ALESYS' corporate headquarters.
