Daisy RV is looking for an experienced Service Writer / Sales Advisor who understands RVs and enjoys helping customers solve problems, coordinate repairs, and identify upgrade opportunities. This position combines service department coordination with customer-facing sales responsibilities and is ideal for someone with strong RV knowledge and excellent communication skills.

ResponsibilitiesService Department
- Greet customers and accurately document service concerns
- Create repair orders and communicate repair recommendations
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Provide status updates and maintain customer communication throughout the repair process
- Review completed repairs with customers and ensure satisfaction
- Schedule service appointments and manage workflow
Sales & Customer Support
- Recommend accessories, upgrades, maintenance packages, and protection products
- Assist customers with RV operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Generate additional revenue through service-related sales opportunities
- Follow up with customers regarding future service needs
- Build long-term customer relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
QualificationsRequired
- Strong knowledge of RV systems and components
- Electrical systems
- Plumbing systems
- Slide-outs
- Leveling systems
- HVAC systems
- Appliances
- Solar and battery systems
- Previous experience in RV service, RV sales, RV parts, or RV ownership with extensive technical knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Valid driver's license
Preferred
- RV dealership experience
- Service writer or service advisor experience
- Experience using dealership management software
- Parts and accessories sales experience
- RVTI certification or similar industry training
